Ram Island Ledge Lighthouse. Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Built in 1905 with a range of 8 nautical miles. The 77’ tower had to be built at low tide. It was fitted with a 3rd Order Fresnel Lens. NRHP designated in 1988.
Portland Head Lighthouse. Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Built in 1791 with a height of 80’, its range is 24 nautical miles. Originally fitted with a 4th Order Fresnel Lens, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
