A dentist's office, next to the Cove Bar.
At the Cove bar we met some awesome folks- here is Katie with Andy and Lois. Lois is a welder.
Kelly and her family invited us to lunch at the local favorite, the Milton Family Restaurant.
Milton High School-- our trip was during summer break, so we'll meet some classes next visit.
The Milton House was originally built as a hotel for travelers and new comers to Milton. In the 1860's, it was also a stop on the underground railway!
The newspaper is headquarered here, right across from an old masonic temple.
The now defunct but still beautful Milton College has a chapel that is rented out for special occasions. Here, Katie takes a moment at the pulpit.
The post office.
There are many churches in Milton, WI.
This is the grave of Milton's founder, Joseph Goodrich. Mr. Goodrich also built and lived in the Milton House (see next pic).
Uncle Duke, Annette and their dogs. We met Uncle Duke when he was playing upright Bass in the Church band at Hope Lutheran.
Hanging out with the crew at Varsity Lanes-- a great conversation with elders and longtime bowlers Betty and Al.
