What a great cloud day!

I found a path at the edge of the pasture

Ookow wouldn't stay still for a photo, thanks to a light breeze

A field of daisies entertained my camera

One of what seemed like millions of longhorn beetles

A glade pf stately oak trees provided shade on this hike

Trees look down at me and make rude remarks

Ok, let's get this hike started!

One of the many green pastures of Kanipe Park

Clouds floating in a blue sky would be a recurring theme

This little fork of Bachelor Creek was barely a trickle

Somewhere, a bird flies with a limp

Clouds form over the hillsiof Kanipe Park

The clouds were putting on a show today

Clouds scud by over a ridge

Pale flax danced in the slight breeze

Horses and their riders head towards the park's livestock pond

A small carpenter bee was busy harvesting pollen from an oxeye daisy

The oak woods of Kanipe Park are simply sublime

A bee fly, seemingly unaware of the danger lurking on the backside of the flower

Mosquito hawks busy making more mosquito hawks

All life should be a walk in the woods

I'd never been on this particular trail before
