W. Evergreen Street. Downtown Durant, Oklahoma. All are Contributing Buildings to the NRHP District. The one story buildings were all built between 1915 and 1930 using the Late Victorian Style and are numbered 210 to 204 left to right.
J. L. Wilson Building/Opera House. 202 W. Evergreen Street. Durant, Oklahoma. Built in 1902, it was used as a county courthouse for a couple of years (2nd floor). Still a part of Choctaw Nation, Durant’s non-Indian population was served by this court.
