I awoke this morning to discover Alamo Basement Texas Aggie Ring had prepared me a Hatch, New Mexico green chiles and “Cajun Fire” boiled fresh Gulf shrimp French-style omelet. That was so thoughtful.
Typical Central Texas breakfast: Hatch, New Mexico green chiles and “Cajun Fire” boiled fresh Gulf shrimp French-style omelet. I grilled the green chiles to remove some of the moisture. Didn’t open the window. I won’t make that mistake again!
